ACVF grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Site and the information presented on it solely for the purpose of learning about ACVF and the activities, services, and other matters described on the Site and in order for you to make donations to the ACVF, strictly in accordance with our Legal Terms.

The ACVF aggressively enforces its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent of the law. The names and logos of the ACVF may not be used in any way, including in advertising or publicity pertaining to distribution of materials on our Site, without the express prior written permission from the ACVF. The ACVF prohibits the use of any logo of the ACVF as part of a link to or from any Site unless the ACVF approves such link in advance and in writing. Fair use of the ACVF’s Intellectual Property requires proper acknowledgment. Other product and company names mentioned in our Site may be the Intellectual Property of their respective owners.
